Outside area: Any canine boarding will have the opportunity to spend time in our outdoor fenced in areas. Our trained kennel staff accompanies boarders in our large outside turf area or in one of the outside runs.
Feeding: We feed Hill's Science Diet I/D. If you pet eats a different brand of food or is currently on a special diet please bring enough food for their stay. Please kindly label the food and/or food container prior to arriving. Any food remaining at the end of your pets' stay will be sent home with you.
Medications: Pets requiring daily oral or topical medication should bring the medication and be prepared to go over the instructions will one of our veterinary technicians/kennel assistant. There will be a $3 per day charge.
Toys and Personal Items: We will provide bowls, blankets, and bedding for your pet. Any toys, personal items or other belonging will be left at your own risk. We will make every attempt to return any items left with your pet, but we cannot be responsible for the destruction or loss of those items during the boarding visit. We will have you take off your pets' leash/collar when dropping off.
We are a medical supervised boarding facility. To ensure the safety of your pet as well as others, we require that all dogs are current on Rabies, DHPP, Bordetella (within the last 6 months), Canine Influenza (both H3N8 and H3N2) and a negative intestinal parasite screen within the past 12 months. The second influenza booster and intestinal parasite screen may be performed at the time of boarding, All cats need to be current with Rabies, FVRCP and a negative intestinal parasite screen within the past 6 months.
Any disease which potentially poses a risk to general boarding population (i.e. parasites, infections, etc.) will be treated upon diagnosis and any fees for these treatments will be incurred by the owner.
